Warranty at 1dorado

The Information You Need to Know

1. Warranty Coverage:
Our company provides a limited warranty for 1dorado headset (underwater audio coaching system) and the transmitter purchased within Australia. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal usage conditions. The limited warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

2. Warranty Benefits:
During the warranty period, customers are entitled to the following benefits:

Repair or replacement of headsets or the transmitter, at our discretion, if they are found to have defects in materials or workmanship.
Free labor and parts required for repairs.
If a replacement is issued, the warranty period for the replacement product remains the same as the original purchase.

 

3. Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
Damage caused by exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments.
Damage resulting from using the headsets or the transmitter with incompatible or unauthorized accessories.
Loss of any kind.
Damage due to acts of nature, such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to dents or scratches in decorative, or nonoperative parts as a result of normal usage is not covered.
Software and consumables such as nibs or batteries are excluded from this limited warranty unless damage has occurred due to a defect in the materials and workmanship.

 

4. Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

Provide the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) indicating the date of purchase and the headset model.
Contact our customer service at contact.1dorado@gmail.com to report the issue and receive further instructions.
Follow any troubleshooting steps provided by our customer service team.

 

5. Warranty Resolution:
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, we will:

Assess the reported issue to determine if it falls under the warranty coverage.
Provide instructions for returning the faulty product, if required.
Repair or replace the faulty product and return it to the customer within a reasonable timeframe.
In case of replacement, we reserve the right to provide a new or refurbished product of equivalent or higher value, depending on availability.

 

6. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping the faulty product to our designated service center. We will cover the return shipping costs of the repaired or replaced product back to the customer within Australia.

 

7. Voiding of Warranty:
The warranty will be void if:

The headsets or the transmitter have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
The proof of purchase is not provided or is deemed to be altered or illegible.
The limited warranty will also be null or void if the serial number or wanrranty seal on the product has been alterrd, defaced or removed.
The limited warranty will be considered void if the headsets or the transmitter have been opened or tampered with by the customer or any unauthorized personnel. This includes but is not limited to attempts at repairs, modifications, or alterations. Opening the headsets or the transmitter by anyone other than our authorized technicians can compromise their functionality and safety. Any damage resulting from unauthorized opening will not be covered under the warranty.

 

8. Statutory Rights:
This warranty policy is in addition to any rights and remedies provided by Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
All warranty information, pricing, product features and specification are subject to change.
We assumes no obligation or liability beyond that which is expressly provided for in this limited warranty. 
We does not warrant that the operation of this Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This limited warranty provides Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy to be provided by the company. Agents, employees, distributors, and resellers of the company Products are not authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty or make additional warranties binding on the company.
The company limitation of liability under this limited warranty shall be the actual cash value of the product at the time Purchaser returns the product for repair, as determined by the price paid by the purchaser for the product less a reasonable amount of usage or wear and tear.

The company  shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to, loss of anticipated benefits or profits, business, loss of savings or revenue, loss of data, loss of use of the product or any associated equipment, cost of any substitute product, downtime, costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data, any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored on the product, the claims of any third parties, including subsequent purchasers, and damage to property, resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if The company had been advised of the possibility such damage).

The company shall not be liable for delays in providing service under the limited warranty or loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired.

Some regions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, The company limits the duration of all implied warranties to the applicable product warranty period stated above, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects. Some regions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In the event that any of the above limitations are held to be unenforceable, The company liability for any damages shall not exceed the purchase price you paid.
